Got my hair did guys! A friend recommended to go see her hair lady and off I went, it was desperately needed and wanted. Sitting in my happy place, she asks all of the typical conversational questions. Then she proceeds to ask how I know the friend who recommended her, so I tell her she was friends with my sister and when she passed away we bonded and have . . . . she interrupts me and says Oh! You are Rae's sister. I had the honor of meeting her. She used to babysit my newborn sometimes. . . . . . . After six years you guys. It felt SO GOOD to be called her sister. That hair dresser was my tender mercy. My sister made a personal connection that I never new existed and I happened to meet her as October gloom sets in. I will always be grateful to hear of impacts made and I will always look for the rainbow that comes with the cloud of gloom.

Fall Carnival

This year we have a scary witch, a unicorn and a pirate (spiderman costume went missing but is now found). The unicorn was kind of embarassed because no one else was dressed like her. . . . until we found a student dressed as a dinosaur. Phew.And I rocked this. . . I know what you are thinking. How could this hot lady get any better looking. Mind reader.

Some fun

I took the kids to the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. I may or may not have been more excited to see it then the kids. Because it was opening day they happened to have characters there. They even came into the theater before the movie and handed out prizes. We won a coloring book, which we fighted over for three days.

 They thought that I should have stood with them to take pictures with people, because I match the character perfectly. What do you think?

 Little E-train turned ONE! He wasn't very willing to eat the gluten free vegetarian cake his mother picked out for him haha. But we love him the same, because he is the only one year old I know who can run while pushing an exercise ball twice his size around.

 Had the opportunity to take the girls to a rally against bullying. Totally counting it as their first concert, since Carley Rae Jepsen  rocked out for like 20 min!

And we celebrated with the Jones' side at Chuckie Cheese for Arianna turning 4! My children wanted to know why it wasn't as big as in the commercials haha. But we had lots of fun these last couple of weeks running around. We keep busy!

Seems like everyday is a soccer day. Whether practice at night or games on the weekend. This soccer mom stuff is very consuming. And keeping the other children entertained is the hardest part! A total new respect guys, you go. But we did make our first goal and Calvin is teaching the girls the term chicken wings which he made up for putting your elbows out to block the other players. He is taking the role of assistant coach. I should mention that he was never asked to take this role. Yeah, he is a little obsessed with being a part of his child's team. It is cute. . . . and annoying at the same time.

And this is what I do to entertain myself.
