Seems like everyday

Seems like everyday is a soccer day. Whether practice at night or games on the weekend. This soccer mom stuff is very consuming. And keeping the other children entertained is the hardest part! A total new respect guys, you go. But we did make our first goal and Calvin is teaching the girls the term chicken wings which he made up for putting your elbows out to block the other players. He is taking the role of assistant coach. I should mention that he was never asked to take this role. Yeah, he is a little obsessed with being a part of his child's team. It is cute. . . . and annoying at the same time.

And this is what I do to entertain myself.

My baby turned TEN

She got everything her heart desired, a cd, board games, clothing items, and rollerblades (the roller hockey kind, very important to her father, serious guys)

Can't forget Grandparents day

And it wouldn't be a birthday unless another sibling ends up in tears because it is not about them . Happy birthday ten year old! May your wish come true!

first soccer game

Soccer dad is serious about giving advice. Haha I love to watch him getting into, reminds me of his father at his hockey games.

We lost, it rained. But the smallest player on the team is my favorite.

Mini vacay continues

We swam in a hotel pool. We stuck our wet heads out the window on the freeway and competed against sexiest hairdos. We ate at every restaurant the Vegas lacks. Texas roadhouse (the best rolls may I add! Which I stashed extra and ate for breakfast), Cracker Barrel (those carrots soaked in brown sugar!), hotel complimentary breakfasts (not so awesome), Chick fil A of course! and then we tried Swig. I could not believe the line there! So much hype for a sugar cookie and Dr. Pepper with coconut. It was delicious because I didn't have to make the cookies, but such a sugar rush to my stomach!

We woke up the Ormes at eleven and bombarded their house until Jared made the drive to Utah. Then we all went minituare golfing, since Vegas is lacking in that department also.

And yes, Calvin makes up rules as he goes. But it doesn't help him to win hehe.

This labor day escape was awesome. The end.
