I did it. I survived. Because if the Lord qualifies me then that is all there is to it. It may have been uncomfortable, but I just did it. Phew. Now to stress over my next lesson. . . Things I learned this week. Never assume that you will get the answer you expect to get. .scriptures on electronics may have a mind of their own... Writing on the board gives me heebie jeebies.. . I need to learn how to talk about myself and feelings. . Phew. This is a challenge.

Because my hobby is what they tell me it is
She played! In her sandals and pink socks. I love how girly she is, playing with her hair and making sure you are watching her every move or she stops dead in her steps.

soccer!
Having moved into a different stake (church talk) we found out that we scored! because they offer free soccer! Non-competitive of course. The little one cried on the field because everyone was looking at her. I guess she missed that concept about sports. I tried to take her back out, but she was attached, I am the team's new player. The oldest one, beyond excited! And when it came to her turn, we were beyond impressed. We had no idea she had it in her, she scored a goal!
I looked over at my husband and his little side coach and just laughed. My husband had no idea how much he was like his father clapping and yelling on the sidelines, until I showed him this picture. I think he was having a proud father moment. He didn't get the non-score keeping. I loved that she never quite smiling the entire time.

Employee Appreciation Night
Gaudin Ford held an appreciation night for employees. They had free food, a bouncy house, and the best balloon master (what do you call them, balloon ninjas) I have ever seen at a party. We got a horse (fully rideable) a bow and arrow, and a nemo (including bubbles!). They also had a fun photobooth. The husband didn't make it in our photo. . . . by then the little mister had an accident and was being taken to the car. It happens.

B-a-n-a-nas!
This week for family time we made banana pops. I don't know where my kids got the idea to try these, but they went wild when they found it at the store. So we froze the bananas and dipped them in chocolate. My husband made them all pretty and we ate them. Two out of three kids loved them. Yum. We also watched The Pirates. We like all of the clay animation movies like Shaun the Sheep and Wallace and Gromit. This one was funny. The only exception, it taught my five year old that booty means treasure. Try telling her to stop saying it during church when she carries a map she drew to take you to the booty. Nice. Getting back to school has been fun. The hubs went back to school three nights a week, and dance, soccer and piano are all starting this month. I am going to spend more on gas than ever! I am learning the meaning of taxi mom. So family time like these are hang out time, and it is well deserved and needed, because it all flies by so fast.

Shark Reef
Free pass day for Clark County workers! Yes. I LOVE this picture. It is so them.
We watched this silly lizard for awhile." Hello lizard!"
The Shark Reef has a new shark ray. They are so ugly and scary, I just love them. My discovery channel quoting child loved telling me facts about everything we saw. A very good tour guide.
