Being a good wife means being willing to get out of your pajamas to help him. Because a man like mine does stupid stuff sometimes and I just have to suck it up and smerk at what a boy he is. Because he depends on me and I depend on him. And sometimes the depending feels off balance. And you are left with the decision to get out of your pajamas to help him. 

Last day of school!

End of year gifts for the bus drivers. It was too early and too heavy for him at 6:15 am. I have been counting down to the last bus pick up for weeks.

 6th grade awards. We got A/B Honor roll for the year. Straight A's this quarter. I won't tell you how many tardies we got this quarter. Mornings are hard people.

 Pre-k graduation included songs about sharks, going on a bear hunt and ABC sounds with sign language. It was so cute to watch how hard he concentrated on his fingers. There would have been a video but there was a baby crying behind us the whole time and parents waving to their children in front.

 Calvin went to her celebration party and she was thrilled with the attention he gave her. Really, she shows it in peculiar ways. And with that the crazy end of year is over and on to summer break!
