Pismo day 3

 My husband surprised us by waking us up Saturday morning. I asked him if he came because he wanted to be with us or because he wanted to fish. He said fish of course.

These make my heart happy.

MorroBay day 3

 We played tourist and went on a scenic boat ride to see seals and otters (from afar because they are endangered).

And there happened to be this model on board. Isn't she lovely.

 There is a skateboard museum there. I didn't want to pay $2 to stand on the skateboard, so this will suffice.

 And my daughter saw from the boat that there were some seals near a dock and she would not stop crying until we found them. So the good parents we are we tried to tell her to get over it. And then we walked every dock for several blocks until we made her wish come true.

 And then there are these two goofballs who pose so well. Sheesh.

 This is in Panchos surf shop. If anyone goes here please bring me a shirt home. They are my favorite.

Pismo day 2

 My co worker ended up vacationing in the same area, so her and her daughter came and played. I thoroughly enjoyed scaring her on the dunes.

My drama child needed to get out for a minute. So I told her to pose by this thing we found in the middle of nowhere. She threw herself down and sighed heavily. Drama.

 The high tide is crazy! Campers were digging motes to keep the water out of their camp. And who better to start a fire than superman himself.

And the tooth fairy paid a visit!
