Museum

 We enjoyed a day at the Natural History Museum since my kids said I was boring. My dad happened to have two free tickets helped with the planning and some fun we did have. There are new sections I haven't seen, one is Carrot Top teaching us about nasty parasites, and the other is about Egyptians. I must say the way they preserved bodies is fascinating.

I love free!

 While the husband was out snorkeling with the fish in Lake Mead, I took the three munchkins to work at Home Depot. They like all of the attention they got from customers because they were wearing the same uniform apron. The little one did not like getting dirty. But we had fun using our hammering skills and our bulletin boards are ready for hanging in their rooms!

You might be a redneck. . .

. . .  if you go to the grand opening of a Firestone for free lunch and activities and half off a oil change. My kids loved it, they felt famous for a day sitting in real race cars and meeting a famous artist. I loved the free snow cones myself.

More time at the park!

 We headed to the park after dinner, because it was too hot for anything else. We found this 2 minutes from our house and it wasn't too crowded. We had fun as always, until they started fighting over who would drive the pirate ship. Little brothers can be so mean lol.

If you would've told me 10 years ago. . .

that I would be sitting at the skatepark with my three kids watching these boys, I would have laughed in your face. But here I am.
