Fussy kids in the car? Roll your windows down, throw your hands in the air, and ride the 'roller-coaster' home!

Here I am again, getting my thyroid ultrasound. Definitely not as fun as a baby ultrasound. Just me with my chin pointed towards the ceiling and some jelly on my throat. Yeah for body parts that decide to malfunction. I am getting old and falling apart ha.

Mother time

Friday afternoon was spent at Dentaville with my daughter. They brought out 'special' juice and told me to prepare to see which drunk face she would put on, meanwhile the parents around me share their stories of children trying to catch butterflies and others who scream hysterically . I now know that my daughter is a silly drunk who can not move her legs. Pretty funny stuff. Needless to say we will be better about brushing our teeth.

 

Thank goodness for the ipad to calm her down. We had to listen to the sound effects of her game over the stereo.

Saturday was spent with the oldest at a church act. We participated in a canned food drive, made scarves and headbands out of old tshirts and learned more on using things until they have had it. 

Then off to dinner and a show! We love the earth day movies put out every year!

 

 

It was a great weekend to be these rascals' mother.

He is all growed up. Bring on the terrible twos..which seem to have already started. ( He was given the nickname 'Beast' in his church class last week. )

 So I stopped at the place with the sign M on the building for his birthday dinner. The sign that makes my son yell,"french fry!" every time we pass it. I love my little man. . . .and his two passengers.
