I am still here. Life has been busy. Calvin has started another semester of school, so I am back to having a husband on the weekends. Anyways, here are some peaks into our week.

Helping get gas in the car.

Our activity days learned how to entertain children this week. My kids loved the music portion.

Wranglers game with my date.

Oh Pinterest, how you are playing with my emotions. I have a love/hate relationship with you. Today marks the 5th birthday we celebrate without you,but it is a celebration just the same. Usually me and my mother play hookie at work and have an adventure. This year it falls on Saturday, the family has to be invited on our playdate. Here goes to a fun day!

I smile. I cry when that song comes on the radio. I live. I imagine us in our thirties making fun of our husbands together. I remember.

It is your birthday on Saturday. I don't add up how old you would have been. I just recall what was. It doesn't matter how we celebrate, it is enough just being apart of your day.

What a week. All of kids at school have been crazy, stirring up everyone else. Lunch ladies fighting over where the table goes in the kitchen and so forth. By the time I come home and make dinner the day is over and the unwinding begins when I hit my pillow. We've all had those days. Like this one for example.

I was trying to get my kids out of the house and to the park. We decided on bikes.Crying crying. The oldest one wanted a scooter. We made it to the stop sign. The wind hit. Crying crying crying. The oldest one didn't bring a jacket. Turned around threw the children in the car. Crying until the park. Swings and slides cured the child. It took a lot to get there, but we all needed that time at the park.
